Der Artikel liefert unschätzbare Erkenntnisse darüber, wie wichtig es ist, bei politischen Interventionen in ähnlichen Kommunen nicht einen „Einheitsansatz“ zu verfolgen. Die Studie wurde von North Data mit einer Stichprobe offiziell veröffentlichter Unternehmensdaten von über 140.000 digitalen Unternehmen in Deutschland geliefert, die zwischen 1995 und 2017 gegründet wurden.
